I'm seeing an error message when I try to post to Facebook, how do I fix it?

If you are seeing any error messages on your account when trying to post to Facebook, here is how to fix it.

Disconnecting & Reconnecting Facebook from SocialCoach: 

On Facebook, make sure you are logged into your personal FB page.

1. Click on your profile picture/drop down in the upper right hand corner.

2. Click on Settings & Privacy, then on the left hand side in the search bar, type in “business integrations” > Enter

image (12)3. In the middle of the screen you should see the SocialCoach connection, click “Remove

4. Log back into your SocialCoach account and reconnect to Facebook

That should resolve any posting issues. If you try this and are still having difficulties, reach out to support@socialcoach.io.
