Frequently Asked Questions
Should I create a Player Card template and theme BEFORE activating for my Players?
Yes, we strongly recommend creating and assigning Default templates and themes for Player Cards BEFORE turning on access for all Players.
This way, you can assign templates and themes for Players to use that fit your branding preferences and are ready to share as-is, or Players can make personalized changes as your setting preferences allow.
How do I turn on Player Cards for my team?
First, navigate to Settings.
Then, turn on Allow all players to access Player Cards.
You can also enable access for Players to change or customize their own Player Card themes.

Alternatively, if you would prefer not to turn on access for all Players at once, you can visit the Player Card tab in the left-hand navigation bar.
From there, you can select Add Player Card to create one for Players individually or in groups.
Note: We recommend setting up a Default Player Card template and theme before attempting this step
Can I turn on Player Cards for some Players but not all?
Yes, you can turn on Player Cards for Players on an individual basis by...
What is the difference between Player Card "templates" and "themes"?
Player Card templates are the framework for how your team's Player Cards will be structured, including which widgets or links are included on the page and how you wish their header, bio, and other Player Card elements to be structured.
Player card themes only apply to the colors applied to the template chosen for each Player. You can create various themes for different DBAs, brand variations, or allow individual Players to customize their own.
What does it mean if I "lock" certain fields for a Player Card template?
Locking elements of a Player Card template prevents Players from being able to make changes to that field on their individual Player Card.
We recommend using this feature for any compliance or branding elements you wish to keep uniform across all Players.
