AI and the Future of Mortgage Industry Marketing

As the Head of Product at SocialCoach, my goal is to use cutting-edge technology to build features that help our customers more effectively do their jobs. I want to make their lives easier by saving them time and energy in the areas of their work that have traditionally been the most challenging. In the mortgage industry, one of the toughest things for loan officers to do is consistently create targeted and engaging social media content to promote their services and programs. 

 

Creating compelling content and posting it regularly on social media has long been, and remains to be, the bane of many a loan officer’s existence (who has the time and stamina to be a full-time content creator/social media manager AND a full-time loan officer?). At SocialCoach, we want to change that. That’s why we’ve invested in the creation of some pretty amazing tools, from post scheduling and automation to proactive compliance monitoring, and now AI-powered caption generation. We’ve lived by the mantra “Do it for me” for a long time now, and our latest feature reflects our dedication to that principle. The way we see it, the more we do for our customers, the more time they have to focus on other critical aspects of their business.

 

We understand that AI might seem like a fad (Remember back in 2015 when all we talked about was autonomous vehicles? What happened to that?), but we genuinely feel that it’s here to stay. This isn’t a jump-on-the-bandwagon situation. We’ve spent many months vetting AI technologies, seeing what’s out there and what will work best for our customers. We’ve also spent a lot of time thinking about the future of AI and what it might mean for the specific industries in which our customers operate. 

 

AI and mortgage social media are a match made in heaven. And the technology will continue to evolve and improve, and its use in the mortgage and real estate industries will become ubiquitous. This in mind, it’s been our goal to get this technology into the hands of our customers as quickly as possible. We believe our efforts to do this are going to give our customers a competitive edge in the marketplace and help them outshine and outperform the rest. 

 

It’s an exciting time here at SocialCoach. We’re thrilled to be working alongside great people on powerful and important technologies. More importantly, we’re excited for our customers.
